Backup - suddenly very large file

I take regular full backups and as I’ve added more things to HA the resulting file size gradually rose from about 4 MB to around 30 MB, quite understandable. I’ve just made a back today and the files size has jumped to 471 MB.

I can’t see anything in the logs, but seems like something isn’t right, all I’ve done is add zigbee device and HA update.

Has anyone else come across this?

I had added a shared folder to save blink screenshots, and this folder is now part of the backup and accounts for the bulk of the file size.
