Backups of Home Assistant and Node Red

Was working on a flow which stopped Node Red. Had all flows but one backup and have NR running again.
The flow I dont have a backup is one I have been working on and simply forgot to backup.

When you take a full backup of Home Assistant (running on 4b PI) does this backup the flows as well ie if I restore the full backup will this recover the flow?

Thanks managed to recover from last full and get b back to where I was. Guess my issue as this has happened with Node Red before is when adding to the palette then making a flow sometimes (2nd) time NR wont start.
