Backups on devices

Hi All,

Quick question on back ups.

Im currently using HASS io inside virtual box.

Can I save my current config then just reload it and if tso to what extent? (I’m aware when I update a backup is automatically created but I’ve never seen the file itself)

  1. could I load this config onto a HASS blue or yellow?

  2. would it save the details of my zigbee coordinator and the devices connected to it?
