After updating to 0.110.0 the configuration (position) of the cards on lovelace is not reloaded when the browser is opened; you need to go to edit the page - at that moment the cards return to their place - and then exit the configuration.
Alternative solution is to reload the page in browser…
Anyhow this is known issue (few people including myself) opened issues at GitHub for this. Will be reverted to previous loading method in 0.110.2 as temporary fix, but team is working on better solution (perhaps also fixing issues with custom stack cards) for 0.111 (https://github.com/home-assistant/frontend/issues/5321).
