Hi everyone! 
I’m a beginner with Home Assistant and this is my very first project.
I’ve created a modular plant tracker system that helps manage watering and fertilizing schedules for each plant individually.
It’s fully YAML-based and includes:
- Template sensors for next due and days since watering/fertilizing
- Manual control buttons
- Automations for reminders and timestamp updates
- Optional Lovelace UI cards (Mushroom-style)

I built this with the help of ChatGPT and lots of trial and error.
