Hi everyone,

I have implemented a Aeotec Z-Stick Gen 5 and using the Zwave JS add-on been able to add heatit Z-water module (for hydrophonic heating) and several thermostats. Now i can control the Z-water module using automations, but i would like to control directly between the thermostats and the Zwater module as well. I have read several places but doesn’t seem to be/find a practical guide? https://www.home-assistant.io/docs/z-wave/control-panel/#broadcast-group

Any help is much appreciated.

I would think that would depend on the thermostat model you didn’t provide. My Honeywell thermostat does not have basic notifications, and I would doubt most manufacturers would have them either.

You would need to install the zwavejs2mqtt addon instead. The zwavejs addon does not support associations.

A couple years on now, does zwavejs support association? Just installed my first zwave lights and want to have virtual 3 way switches.

Use Z-Wave JS UI (formerly zwavejs2mqtt).
