I want to replace the Google maps integration with the Android app since it seems to be working fine. However I miss one thing; the battery charging status. In the Google Maps integration I can see if it 's discharging or charging. I don’t seem to be getting this attribute in the Android app. Is it much work to add this? Cheers!
That would be nice but right now I can’t seem to reliably get the current battery charge level to be reported to HA. it’s been at 73% since yesterday even tho the phone is actually at 65% right now.
That’s too bad. Seems to be working fine for me though.
It did for a while for me too so I’m not sure what changed in the last few days.
This feature is now in the latest firebase builds.
