Hello everyone,
I am looking for advices and opinions from you, HA users (and overall DIY smart home creators) who already built a home setup and are capable to share their sights 
My situation:
- we are about to renovate a house (new wiring including)
- we would like to “hide” / built-in the sensors as much as possible, do you have any experiences?
- we have vision to control manually as few things as possible (at reasonable costs)
- Is it bad idea trying to go all wired?
(since I was unable to find reasonable wired sensors, is it trying to “hard wire” power supply to the sensor’s battery pins bad idea?) - How many of your devices are battery-based? Is is not a pain to change them?
- Would you recommend me to do some pre-cautions? And where do you buy sensors / switches etc.?
