Battery Level from Galaxy Watch4 Inaccurate

Hello!
I have a home assistant instance set up on my RPI 4B and I have several devices linked. One of these is my watch. However, I recently noticed how the battery level becomes inaccurate, or even stuck and won’t update for hours at a clip. Does anyone know what might fix my issue?

How are you getting your watch into home assistant? I have home assistant app installed on the watch but I’m not getting it inside home assistant.

I don’t wear the watch much so I need the same thing to remind me to charge it.
