Be able to add certain Apps to a certain user.. Like Simple Scheduler to certain users

id like to see option since home assistant allows mutiple users… and its either admin or not
and the not cant do much on the left column

but be nice each app could be designated per person… so Simple Scheduler could be linked to these accounts or 1… other then admin

or possibly also move like the apps on the left to a card into the front end part like the simple scheduler
