I recently purchased this lock and paired it with my home assistant. The initial pairing worked as expected but the door lock kept losing connectivity. I’ve tried to re interview the device as well as remove it and re add it and the lock fails the interview process.
I am running Home Assistant 2023.10.5 using an Aeotec 700 series adapter on firmware Firmware: 7.17.2 . I have the adapter with in 6ft of the lock no LOS obstructions.I was looking over the log and I can see the failure but not sure what else to look at beyond that

I’m reaching out to Schlage as well to see what they can offer. Just wondering should I reach out to Aoetec as well?
