I’m using U6 Lite on an UDM pro. I would love to use the blue LED ring as nightlights in my hallway. But i would like to have them only be one during the night. Sadly the UniFI integration doesn’t yet support the switching of the AP LED.
Home Assistant forum shows SSH workaround, but i’m trying to not let my HA setup be too dependent on hacky workarounds.
So… i’m hoping this could be available in the official integration.

creating solutions that aren’t part of the core and aren’t being maintained means hidden work and therefor a chance for technical debt (which i have deal with during working hours). I would like to keep my HA instance something i just know: works. As it has been doing for the last couple of years.
