Would the Belkin NetCam HD+ a wemo cam be compatible with HA without any bridge?

In this case I think it’s the only way to get a stream out of the Belkin. I don’t have any experience with them but if there is a web UI for it, you may be able to check out the image/stream by right clicking on it and seeing if it will open in another tab. If it shows the image/stream in the tab and nothing else (and it’s working), you may be able to use that tab’s URL with one of the generic camera components.
