I just started on my system setup and I bought one google assistant which I have connected Nabu Casa
Its great to turn on my living room tv and turn up and down the volume and switch on and off with out failure!
BUT
im having problems with EMBY server with it which is just being a nightmare
im finding even when I connected emby server to google assistant it doesn’t understand the word emby! it comes back with NBA and other random things
so ive called the front from living room box so I try to say pause living room box but it just doesnt work ?
google assistant works for standard stuff with google and connects to my front room tv no problem
I just say hey google volume zero living room tv etc and it works flawless but getting it to play the emby I just can’t play …
is emby bad with this setup is Plex better or is the google assistant box shall I get a Alexa or something else!!?!
it all works great from the home assistant I can pause the emby boxes as emby or as a Apple TV box but the google assistant just won’t talk to them as either
