Best Water Flow Sensor

Hi,

I want to get a poll on the best water flow meter, and water shutoff valves available in the market which people have used in project with ESPHome.
I prefer to have it self managed, therefore no cloud/API as those can change over time (I am a vitcim of the TPLink bait and switch).
Any thoughts?

Did you manage to find a good flow meter that can de controlled with HA??

nope. I ended up designing my own. I will share the information when I get it implemented and tested.
