Best zigbee kit to be robust to power cuts

Hi all

I need to run a HA controlled zigbee mesh (ZHA at moment, but I could easily switch) in settings where I potentially don’t have access for periods, and things must run smoothly when I am not taking actions. In particular, I cannot afford for a power cut of any sort to break everything. A common theme I see is people buy stuff, experience a power cut and then go 'elp! It seems many devices (inc sonoff?) lose pairing. Some devices don’t come back on line at all. Some lose keys and end up hanging or not updating etc. I would like to establish the most cost-effective kit to build a robust backbone out of that heals well, automatically and quickly after an outage. Things like zigbee switches would be good - everything needs to be tamperproof. The main business is building a robust mesh for TRV control in a thick stone walled building - it will involve quite a bit of kit just to get round/through the walls (hence silly-priced stuff is out). Does anyone have experiences they are happy with - its really hard to get this info from specs alone?

Alternatively if you think I am horrendously naive, then you can say that too!
