Better Blueprint to report when any battery device (Zigbee/Zwave etc) or Zigbee/Zwave SmartSwtich has gone offline

Well it would work for a weather station but for alarm / flood sensor etc it won’t cut it. This behavior is absolutely not normal, nobody cares ? Is there even a bug tracker for this issue ?
