Big Red Error Thingy - How Do I Get Rid of It?

This big error box shows up on my PC web browser, when the device isn’t available.

But it doesn’t appear in the mobile app.

How can I make it not appear at all?

Stop the device becoming unavailable?

Or use a conditional card.
