I’ve setup BigTimer to turn ON @ dusk and turn OFF @ dawn.
It is Sunday, 9:25AM in Elk River, MN.

Dawn happened maybe 3 hours ago
BigTimer says its been OFF for 9hr 53min. Which means it thinks dawn was at like 11:30PM Saturday night
Timezone setup correctly in HA
Debug timestamps in Node Red match actual date/time
What am I missing?

A couple of things. I think the label you are looking at is predictive. In other words it will be “off” for the next 9hr53min.
Also, I have found the timezones are not recognized by the GUI configuration in HA to Node Red. Using the YAML timezone configuration worked for me.
Ohhh I see. Yah now it says Off for 4hrs 15 mins. which puts it turning ON at about 7:18, which makes sense
