I just added a Nous E8 ZigBee via Homebridge to Apple Home.
The smoke detection is working fine. If I do a test alarm, I get an Alarm on my Apple Devices.
But the Battery status is only a Boolean:
Other devices with a number battery status (0-100%) has the battery status exposed in Apple Home, but that smoke detector not.
Will I get in Apple Home a battery warning when the e8 boolean becomes True because of low battery? Or is a boolean battery not working with Apple Home?
In Home Assistant the battery status is exposed as expected as “normal”.
