Binding IKEA's switch to lights. Very specific group IDs

I want to bind a IKEA Trådfri remote to my lights in case my Z2M goes down. I found some documentation on how to do it: IKEA E1524/E1810 control via MQTT | Zigbee2MQTT and Binding IKEA Tradfri 5 button remote with IKEA FLOALT via zigbee2mqtt (UI)

Both specify to create a scene with a very specific ID (65289). What’s up with this ID? What if I have more remotes and lights I want to bind? What IDs do I assign to them?

I don’t know how much is the original article I wrote still true. Things have changed, and binding didn’t work great for me anymore with new devices for some reason.

FWIW, Seems people got away with using a different id: Binding IKEA Tradfri 5 button remote with IKEA FLOALT via zigbee2mqtt (UI) - #3 by fahrer17
