Blank hass.io page

It has been a while since I have worked on my Home Assistant installation. Now, when I bring up Home Assistant on my Windows PC, the hass.io tab/page is blank. I’m running version 0.81.2.

I don’t know where to begin in terms of investigating the issue. I’ve restarted hass. I’ve refreshed the page. My configuration file checks out okay. I was going to try upgrading, but the automatic upgrade process is also accessed from that hass.io screen.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

I should also add that this is a standard hassio installation–no docker or hassbian stuff. And the hass.io tab was working before. Unfortunately, I cannot recall any changes that triggered the disappearance of the hass.io page from my interface.

There seems to be a lot on the forum regarding blank hass.io pages, but I have not yet found one that addresses my specific circumstance.

I tried adding “hassio:” to my config file. No change. Also no configuration error messages when I do a configuration check.

Raspberry Pi?
Is server running?
Can you ping/ssh?
If raspberry pi and no recent changes I would assume server is not running/working and webpage is down. Clear browser cache and you may be greeted with “no page found” type screen.

I think I’m having the same problem with my Pi3b hass.io setup. Services like Homekit and Alexa can reach the entities and interact with them but my hass frontend is not available as far as showing a blank hass webpage.

It seems to me the networking of the Pi is working fine but hass is not loading the front-end?

Edit: Node-RED is also not working, which sucks. Neither is the Home Assistant Tasker plug-in.

I’m running on a Pi3. Yes, the Pi is running and I can ping it. I can also turn on/off lights via the hassio screen on my windows pc. All screens except the hass.io screen are fine and working as designed. If the server was not running/working, wouldn’t those other screens be affected as well?
