Ble tracking for presence (bracelet? tag?)

Any recommendations on BLE bracelets or tags or something for doing presence detection? I have a number of raspberry pi’s already deployed and running room-assistant. Works… ok for my apple watch, but my kids don’t have something like that, so i was wondering about ble bracelets, or tags that can be clipped on to clothing ect.

Within the house or outside?

I bought a pack of four tags that has “random” MAC adress but after a few months it’s still the same and they are tracked fine.
They have issues with reach when going through load bearing walls though.

What tags are they?

These, I think.

But I got four of them for half the price.
Perhaps that is part of the issue?
