BLE Transmitter - can't find phone

I have enabled the BLE Transmitter in the app and yet I cannot find the device in Bermuda BLE Trilateration. Many other devices come up but not the MAC for the phone that hosts the app. I have also tried to us LightBlue to locate the details but to no avail.

I also tried adding all UUID entries that matched the UUID on my phone to Bermuda BLE but that did not seem to work i.e. the distance reported to the proxy was way out i.e. 20 as apposed to 1 m.

Worked out that they phone was there but I was not understanding the entries so all sorted in this space.
