Blink XT - If motion detected

Hi i’m looking to turn on various lights if my external blink XT cameras detect motion.
looking at the home assistant api for blink. there doesn’t seem to be a direct means of capturing this event? (motion detected?) However, i do see that IFTT has specific ‘if motion detected’ by blink camera’ then…
So looking at options:
a) are there triggers in HA for this?
b) can i call HA from IFTT as a then option to the motion detected event?
