Block heat, fool an ohmigo wifi sensor with nordpool

My first blueprint that can fool an ohmigo wifi sensor that it is 20 degrees outside for as many hours as you want per day. When it is not expensive, it syncs with an existing outdoor sensor.
Feel free to try and make suggestions for improvement, keep in mind that it is my first attempt so there are bound to be bugs.

Looking for something similar but for use with district heating. So mainly my purpose is to keep a steady indoor temperature and to leverage my indoor temperature sensors which are otherwise not used at all with my heating system, which only has a outdoor temperature sensor.
