Blocked from execution, system is not healthy

For some reason HA no longer lets me update the app. Saying:

‘HomeAssistantCore.update’ blocked from execution, system is not healthy

I’m on Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS with Docker 20.10.5.

Below is the best I can pull out of things:

Supervisor is not privileged

But the re-running of the installer or whatever it seems to want to do seems unnecessary and destructive. Thoughts?
