Bluelink Ioniq 5 12V Car Batter Level discontinued?

Having problems with my 12V battery often deep discharged (to 3V etc) I was glad that in Home Assistant I could request info about the 12V battery status.

But “Car Battery Level” seems to be discontinued? Right?

Is there a new option and or any other way to get info about the 12V battery remotely that u guys know of? The Hyundai Bluelink Android app does not show such information.

Thanks!

Co-owner of integration is here. If it is returned as a result of api response, you would see it under data sensor.

If it doesn’t exist, there is nothing we can do.

Mine is also flakey, sometimes it is there, sometimes not.

I have a Hyundai Kona electric and I do see the Car Battery Level in HA, but I can’t find it in the iOS Bluelink app.
The HA Hyundai/Kia integration is very unreliable.
Very often the connection to the car is lost.

Thanks for your feedback, guys!

As a workaround for the probably discontinued 12V battery data, I was hoping of being able to receive data from a Bluetooth car battery monitoring device (BM6) as my garage is next to my living room, but unfortunately the wall and or distance seems to be too much for the Bluetooth signal.

The integration itself cannot be reliable or unreliable because it is just a gateway between Hyundai/Kia servers and home assistant. If your mobile app is working but integration is failing, feel free to raise an issue on GitHub.

I am using it all the time and if car has a strong reception, everything is working as expected.
