Just realised this was from August ha ha.
Try creating a automation.
I would think on your trigger select state then select your sensor and in the “to” box type on.
Then in the condition create one with the time or dates.
Then action select call service and start typing notify in the other box until you see your mobile device.
Type something in the title and message boxes.
I’m not great with automations as I usually use Node Red but am starting to look into them more now.
