Bluetooth device tracker can't setup iPhone 11

Not sure when this started happening, but it was definitely pre 0.115. I’m trying to get bluetooth tracking working with my iPhone 11 but I just continually get this error in the log and no new device tracker. I don’t know what to try next - any ideas?
