Bluetooth dongle not found

I bought a ugreen bluetooth 5.3 adapter, installed it and it can be seen by the host:

Dec 23 15:28:08 homeassistant kernel: usb 3-4: new full-speed USB device number 3 using ohci-pci
Dec 23 15:28:08 homeassistant kernel: usb 3-4: New USB device found, idVendor=10d7, idProduct=b012, bcdDevice=88.91
Dec 23 15:28:08 homeassistant kernel: usb 3-4: New USB device strings: Mfr=1, Product=2, SerialNumber=3
Dec 23 15:28:08 homeassistant kernel: usb 3-4: Product: general adapter
Dec 23 15:28:08 homeassistant kernel: usb 3-4: Manufacturer: Actions
Dec 23 15:28:08 homeassistant kernel: usb 3-4: SerialNumber: ACTIONS1234
Dec 23 15:28:08 homeassistant systemd[1]: Reached target Bluetooth Support.

But for some reason when adding bluetooth as an intergration it shows: No unconfigured Bluetooth adapters found. I did a host reboot but that did nothing.

I have SSH access to the machine aswell and when checking with bluetoothctl I see:

[bluetooth]# devices
No default controller available

I used an older 4.2 usb stick that worked just fine but I want BLE. That is why I bought a newer stick.

Not supported because there’s no driver.

It’s even expressly documented that way in the bluetooth integration docs.

Correct I also found that out, ugreen just ignores it and does not want to give a driver for it…

Linux also apparently is just starting to support Bluetooth 5.2 in the 6.0 kernel.

I have same problem with usb dobgle ugreen 5.3 bluetooth.

I am on latest ha.
