Bluetooth phone not found in HA, but found in hcitool scan

Hello,

i am using HA in docker on Rpi4.
If i make a scan of hcitool scan i get my xiaomi phone found.
But HA do not see it.
I use https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/bluetooth_tracker/ and https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/bluetooth_le_tracker/

Why could it be?
