Bluetooth Proxy 833c84 Safe Mode Boot became unavailable

Hello all,

i have the ATOM M5 Stack bluetooth proxy, it seems all works fine as my bluetooth devices controlled by HA smoothly, but i am getting Logbook with image shows below

which not sure what does it mean, plus why the only entity showing is Safe Mode Boot? there is no signal entity? or how many devices are connected?

Looking for some clarifications in this please.

Did you ever find out what was causing this? Having same issue myself.
