Are these integrations even working?
I installed the main bluetooth integration which was able to scan and find a few BLE devices without extra configuration. I’m just curious whether the other two integrations above are needed anymore?

They should work; they need manual configuration, though.
When I enabled both of them they didn’t discover any new devices. What is the benefit of these integrations beyond the ordinary ‘bluetooth’ one?
EDIT: Ok I think I get it, it’s just for tracking when devices are near the HA network (eg, at home or away).
Yes, device_tracker
integrations are for home/away (or if they support GPS then also where).
Now that I look into this some more it appears this may be deprecated. I got an error message in my logs about a “legacy” device tracker:
