BMW Connected Drive integration

It would be nice with an integration for BMW Connected Drive, just like there is for Volvo OnCall.

Meanwhile, if you are using it with an i3 or i8, it’s possible to use a commandline sensor with this guys scripts to get some info into HA - although I too would really love to see a native implementation.
