Have you updated the Captcha validation? I recently had to do that for mine.
I also have to reauthorize every 2 days or so.
Same issue for me ‘invalid authentication’ whan I copy the Captcha token for ROW region (massive line of random characters) and paste. I am running the latest HA version 2025.5.1. The process also failed in the previous version 24 xxxxxx This is my first attempt to add the BMW ConnectedDrive integration.
All sorted. My password for BMW Connected Drive had changed. Probably in the car and the password store was not updated! All ok and integration complete.
Started to have the issue 2 weeks ago (maybe after updating HA core?). Can’t make it work. I use the BMW app and the website and the login is working fine.
But I do noticed that in the website login something was changed from previous version: now we are presented with a captcha challenge with images (like feed to rabbit with the carrot, for instance). I don’t recall to have such step before.
Maybe this is the main cause, the integration needs to be updated to cope with the new authentication flow.

This is a bad move from BMW…
Yeah, I just got the information in a card inside HS System options. Too bad BWM is closing the doors to their APIs 
It would be way better if they introduce request rates or delays in some information retrieval. Or even charge a small fee to mitigate servers/comms costs (i that’s the main reason).
I would pay a small one-shot-per-year fee to get access to the service and my car’s info inside HA.
Closing doors is never a good move, but they know better 
Let’ see if the community comes with a solution. But with non reachable APIs it will be very difficult, I guess.

I got invalid authentication with HA BMW connected drive . The process is working fine, but impossible to authenticate. I am 100% sure of the login and password .
I am using the last version of HA 2025.10.2.

As stated above this integration is not working any more because BMW decided to disable this API. You can use this custom component instead if read access to your car data is sufficient: GitHub - JjyKsi/bmw-cardata-ha
