Board doesn't appear in ESPHome HA Add-On

I flashed an ESP32 using the ESPHome CLI on my Mac, because I couldn’t get firmware to properly compile in the ESPHome add-on.

Once I flashed it, I was able to find it under the ESPHome integration in HA. But I’d like to be able to view it in the ESPHome dashboard as well, so that I can view the logs there (and hopefully eventually manage firmware updates)

How do I add a board that was flashed elsewhere to the HA ESPHome add-on?

Put the yaml configuration file for the device in config/esphome.
