Boot and GRUB

Hello,

totally beginner here.
I have installed Home Assistent OS on Intel NUC ATKC4. I have used Samsung 980 M2 SSD drive for that, flashed with Balena etcher etc. Everything is pretty much working just OK, the only unexpected thing being:

…this shows up when turning the NUC on and when I confirm the first option “SLOT A”, HA normally boots and loads. I have no idea what the other options are and what do they do, havent tried selecting them. Anyone can tell me what is this about and how to get rid of it?
I have got a feeling it might have something to do with the integrated eMMC storage on the NUC, but I am not really using it, there shouldnt be anything installed on it and I even tried unchecking everything regarding the eMMC in BIOS, without any result.
Thank you again in advance.

I have found this post which shows the same screen:

…but I havent updated the HA, I have got a fresh flash from balena etcher. I also dont see any countdown for the execution of the first entry - I always need to press Enter to boot which is really inconvenient. Anyone could help?

Did you get any answer to this? I have the exact same problem
