First time on here!! I am excited to get my Home Assistant up and running and I am familiar with working with software and scripting so I was wanting to implement this for my home. I am trying to install this on my virtual box but I am having the hardest time trying to get it to install fully. I am watching videos and reading forum’s and every single one is following them installing the program but with no issues!
I have tried installing every version and type (win10, win7, linux, etc) but with no success. I can get the install to go through but when I connect to the VM it states Boot Failed, or it goes straight to the Home Assistant login but it doesn’t install everything.
Does anyone have any idea or has this happened to anyone before? All the documentation and videos are from over a year ago and I cant find anything relatable.
