Bosch Shutter Control 2

I do believe also that these are best on the market; the market seems to be overflowed with devices with some dodgy quality. Somehow ‘good brands’ take the extra step to bring quality.
I have a combination of ‘good brands’ and dodgy brands - no or ‘bad’ website, bad info on devices, but a good community supporting them ;-)- and somehow the ‘good brands’ devices are just hassle free so far: the others often have some bad behavior somehow (dropping from the network, bad readings…). And I install these devices for the coming 25 years: I hope they will last that time…
But anyway: I have chosen these as my main switches based on specs. As these are installed outside, these where the only one with specs supporting our outside temperature range (somewhere -5°C to 35°C).

As I told you, I am asking the renovation company to install them.
I cannot give them a bunch of unbranded Chinese devices. They will refuse to take any responsibility…

FYI
I have installed them and they work great!

Only open issue is that some of them think they are closed but they are actually open, and vice versa.
I could not figure out yet how to force the state.

I see your comment now:
Open but thinking closed: switch the cables or ‘inverse’ in software.
The latter could be an issue to set the initial state after a reboot of HA.

That means I still cannot control the tilt (in %) of roller shutters via z2mqqt with this Bosch device?
And do I understand correctly, that I cannot just press “calibrate” and the device recognizes the end positions automatically?
I am still looking for “the perfect” shutter controller. One I got works fine, but cannot be calibrated via z2mqtt and the other is supposed to work with tilt but I cannot get it to work. Kind of weird that no company offers this (Aqara & Sonoff are you reading this?!)

Hi.
Mine was an old comment.
In the meanwhile I got them working but you are right, no automated calibration (you have to manually input time to close and time to open) and I could not figure out how to manage tilt, although I have seen some changes were introduce recently in z2m.
