Braava Jet m6 password retrieval failing on Home Assistant Green (HAOS)

I have tried the following:

  • Closing the iRobot Home app completely on all devices before attempting
  • Rebooting the Braava by holding the Clean button for 20 seconds while submitting with a blank password
  • Running /homeassistant/bin/python3 -c ‘import roombapy.entry_points; roombapy.entry_points.password()’ 192.168.1.66 from the Terminal & SSH addon — this times out after 60 seconds
  • python3 and docker commands are not available in the HAOS terminal

My setup:

  • Hardware: Home Assistant Green
  • OS: Home Assistant OS 17.2
  • Core: 2026.4.2
  • Device: iRobot Braava Jet m6 at IP 192.168.1.66

What is the correct way to retrieve the iRobot password on HAOS? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
