Brand new install - Login attempt or request with invalid authentication

Been playing with Home Assistant for well over a year now and decided to delete my install, start fresh and clean up my Configuration.
Set up HA on my Synology NAS in a Docker. Internal address of the NAS is 192.168.1.203.
Immediately after install I am getting constant notifications of:

Login attempt failed

Login attempt or request with invalid authentication from 192.168.1.203

There is nothing in my config file except the basic from a fresh install. What is causing this constant notification?

Something that you previously had connecting to homeassistant is still trying to do so but you haven’t given it the up-to-date credentials for the new install.

Deleted the iOS app from the phone and iPad. Not sure what else it could be

turned out it was a module for my Smart Mirror still trying to access
