Just received long awaited Yellow (power adapter model due to shorter lead-time). Installed Raspberry Pi CM4 and a 0.5 Tb SSD. Installed Pi imager on laptop and flashed a USB drive with OS recommended for Yellow. Flashed really quickly, but I checked the files, and it looked like everything downloaded. Installed the flash drive in the Yellow and then connected Ethernet and power supply. Only a red light came on and nothing more changed after waiting for quite a while. I even reflashed the drive and tried it again - got the same results. I removed the ethernet cable, power supply and usb drive and then reinserted ethernet cable and power supply and I still get the same red light only. Also tried to access the device WEB front end. It couldn’t find it. I’m not sure I’m in the right place to get help/advise but would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thanks -

That appears to be the issue. All lights are now flashing and it appears to be loading. I thought I might have had a defective board. Can’t wait 'til it finishes so I can continue on the HA journey, Thanks again!
