Brennenstuhl Connect integration

Hi all,

I just ordered an outdoor Brennenstuhl smart plug (https://www.brennenstuhl.com/en-DE/products/smart-home/brennenstuhl-connect-wifi-socket-wa-3000-xs02-black-ip44).
Wondering if it’s possible to connect this easily to Home Assistant… Brennenstuhl Connect has some nice products connecting through WiFi without the need for a gateway or hub.

Greetings
Cadish

Do you know it does not work and are requesting it be added?

If not, it’s not a feature request and belongs in the hardware category.

I also have this device in my possession: https://www.amazon.nl/dp/B082QD9LQN/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_DTUbGbXMBE6D9

Would be great if it was supported. At the moment I can control it with google home.

Has anyone been able to get this working?

Any news, yet? Have some Brennenstuhl myself, plz help

I received a Brennenstuhl smart power strip last week and from looking at the app to connect it, it uses Tuya, so I tried to connect it to the Tuya Smart app which also worked flawlessly… This in turn just made it show up in HA from the Tuya integration

Nice because that means we can also run them locally from the Local Tuya Integration

Confirmed it works with Tuya.

What if you do not have Tuya? I have the Wifi outdoor plug that i like to control over HA.

I bought the WS EL01 DE - Wifi extension socket from brennenstuhl. And I am a first-timer to use Tuya. What i have to do? It would be nice to connect the socket directly to HA and not using the manufacturer app.

Let me bump this question.

WS ECO1 DE here. It literally works like on the manual that came with the block. Open Tuya instead of brennenstuhl, select add device, select extension block, hold the power button for a couple of seconds until it blinks green, go through the wizard and done.

Does it do power metering, or only switching?
