Bresser 5-in-1 / Battery Change = ID Change

I am using Bresser 5-in-1 weatherstation via RTL433 and MQTT.
All wents fine until the battery was empty. After change barttery the ID was changed, so I got new entities.

Any ideas how to map “new” weatherstation to old entities, so that I can use all dashboard things an history of this entities?
