Can somebody tell me which are the minimum and maximum values of the brightness option for the yeelight bulbs?

255 should be the max.
You can find it by yourself, anyway: just change manually the values from the slider than go to “State” page and check the state of the entity.

Thanks, and what about color temp?

254 used to be the max. 255 would cause an error. Not sure if that has been fixed.

For color I also use 254.

Light brightness in percentage/value terms:

10% = 25
20% = 51
30% = 77
40% = 102
50% = 128
60% = 153
70% = 179
80% = 205
90% = 230
100% = 255
