Bring! shopping list is in German

I installed and configured the new Bring! shopping list integration and it does work nicely! I can quickly add and remove stuff from both HA and the phone app and they sync immediately.

Problem is, while I add and remove items in my language (Italian) in the app, the HA integration uses the German names for every standard item (that is: items that I didn’t create but exist already like milk or bread).
Not a big deal but in order to add stuff to the list from HA I need to know the German name of it…:smiley:

I suppose this is due to the fact that it accesses the API, where it’s likely the items are stored in the original language only. Is there any way to give it a translation matrix like the app probably does?

Hello, this fix will not be taken into account by a patch release as it is too big and introduces new functionality. You have to wait for 2024.3.0.

The master currently still uses 0.3.0 of the bring-api and the translation was introduced by 0.4.1 home-assistant/core#111149 and will get improved again on 0.5.2 home-assistant/core#111654.
