Broadlink Integration - Skip RF Frequency Sweep Procedure

Hi all, using the Broadlink official app, we can identify the RF frequency used by a remote control, ie 305MHz.

Just like the Broadlink official app, that allows for manual RF frequency entering, can we add an option to enter the frequency of the RF remote, so that we can skip the RF frequency sweeping step for each button?

I have a remote control that can’t hold a button. It will just blast the RF in one press and it will fail the RF sweeping step, however when I enter the RF frequency manually in the official Broadlink App, the remote control works flawlessly.

I would like the same thing. I already know that my remote is 315MHz and it can be difficult to satisfy the sweep without accidentally recording the wrong button afterwards. I would be interested in implementing this functionality if contributions are welcome.

Ultimately, this line would just need to pass a float to the function which represents the MHz value. The library already supports it – it just needs a spot in the UI for entering the value.

There is some ongoing discussion about that potential capability here:
