I can successfully capture and send ir codes through broadlink RM3 for toggling power on/off for my Vizio TV. I would like to assertively turn the power on or off rather than toggling. I have founds ir codes on the remotecentral.com site for Vizio, but cannot successfully convert them to the codes captured from Broadlink. Can anyone help? Thank you.
