Broadlink on hass.io issues

i get this error message

(MainThread) [homeassistant.helpers.entity] Update of switch.big_light is taking over 10 seconds
2017-08-02 18:05:44 WARNING (MainThread) [homeassistant.components.switch] Updating broadlink switch took longer than the scheduled update interval 0:00:30

i use this config:

  • platform: broadlink
    host: ip
    mac: mac
    type: sp2
    friendly_name: ‘Big Light’’

Did you ever solve this? I have the same problem. Seems to be intermittent. It can occur on any of my SP2 switches, only 1 or 2 of them at a time. Seems to be after HA has been running for a few days. Switch affected becomes non-responsive through HA, but works through the e-Control app. Can still ping the switch. Only workaround is a restart of HA. After that, it starts working again. Possible problem with the Broadink python library???

Did you fix this issue, I‘m also having this problem in 0.89.1
